Getting to Baltimore is straightforward, but a little logistics planning up front makes the first day of your stay much smoother — especially if you’re arriving after a long travel day or heading straight into work.
Most guests fly into Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), which sits about 15–20 minutes from our Federal Hill properties depending on traffic, and slightly further from historic Arcadia. Rideshares and taxis run consistently from the airport, and it’s typically a quick, affordable ride straight to your door — no need to arrange anything in advance, though you’re welcome to let us know your arrival time if you want.
If you’re driving in, Baltimore is well connected via I-95 and I-395, both of which route easily into downtown, Federal Hill, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Street parking availability varies by property, so check your specific listing details or reach out directly — we’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect before you arrive.
Once you’re here, Federal Hill and historic Arcadia are both walkable neighborhoods in their own right, and the Inner Harbor, Cross Street Market, and downtown offices and hospitals are all a short rideshare or drive away. Baltimore’s Charm City Circulator also offers free bus routes through parts of downtown if you’d rather skip driving altogether for short trips.
Because check-in is keyless, there’s no need to time your arrival around a front desk’s hours — whether you land at 2 PM or catch a late flight in, your code works the same either way. Standard check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM, though early or late arrangements can sometimes be accommodated based on occupancy — just ask.
