Booking a stay somewhere new always comes with a few questions, so here’s a straightforward rundown of what to expect when you book with BERIC Homestays & Suites in Baltimore.
Check-in and check-out. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Since every home uses keyless entry, there’s no need to coordinate around a front desk — your code is ready whenever your check-in time arrives. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged based on occupancy and availability, but it needs to be approved in advance, so just reach out ahead of your stay.
What’s included. Every property comes with hotel-quality towels and linens, so there’s no need to bring your own. We also stock coffee and toiletries so your first morning doesn’t start with an errand.
Pets. Most of our properties are pet-friendly, but availability varies by listing. Please confirm the specific property allows pets before booking, and note that you’re bringing one on your booking form.
Kids and families. Yes — all of our properties welcome children of all ages and are genuinely family-friendly, not just in name.
Events and parties. While we want every guest to enjoy their stay, we don’t allow events or parties that exceed the occupancy limits listed for each property. This keeps the neighborhoods we operate in — Federal Hill and historic Arcadia — comfortable for everyone, guests and neighbors alike.
Support during your stay. You’re never routed through a call center. Every guest has a direct line to Leon, our founder, who personally replies within the hour if anything comes up.
Location. Our four properties sit across Federal Hill and historic Arcadia, both close to Baltimore’s hospitals, offices, universities, and the Inner Harbor — built specifically for guests who need to actually get things done during their stay, not just sightsee.
